Day 1
Check in, walk the harbor, BBQ. Keep the first evening easy.
Day 2
Matsushima waterfront sightseeing (4 min drive or one train stop).
Slow afternoon at the house. Watch the sea from the upstairs lounge.
Day 3
Day trip by car: the Sagakei cruise and Umanose in Oku-Matsushima, or Shiogama, Tagajo and Sendai Port.
Last night: cook together, or one more BBQ.
Day 4
Check out by 10:00 and head home via Sendai.
